Changes Are Coming to Hound Ears Real Estate Team

Hound Ears Club is pleased to announce the hiring of Denise Jarvis as the Director of Real Estate/Broker in Charge and Rick Pifer as Real Estate Broker. Both will be joining the Real Estate team later this year or early next year.

imgCurrently serving as the Club’s Executive Assistant, Denise will manage the Hound Ears Real Estate team upon the retirement of current Director of Real Estate John Morris in 2018.

Before moving to Executive Assistant in 2014, Denise had been a real-estate professional since 1989 when she obtained her license in California. She began her Hound Ears career in 2013 as a Broker and Real Estate Assistant.

A graduate of Gardner-Webb University, Denise has won the “Rookie of the Year” real estate award for Northern California and Nevada. She has marketed real estate in California, North Carolina, and Georgia (where she also owned her own company).

Her fiancé, Dr. Perry Fidler, owns Fidler Chiropractic Center in Boone. Denise has a son, daughter and three grandsons.

“If I were sitting anywhere in the world writing a description of my dream job, it would be Broker in Charge at Hound Ears Club. I have come to love Hound Ears Club and look forward to assisting all current and future residents with their real estate needs,” Denise said.
